Necessary ingredients for Almond salsa:
½ red onion
2-3 tomatoes
1 cup almonds
1 bunch parsley
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
How to prepare Almond salsa:
Chop the onion nicely and place it in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half and squeeze seeds out. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes and have put them in the bowl.
Chop the almonds and parsley and add to bowl. Add oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
